  October 3, 2021 - The wine, was good, that is the best I can say. After buying from Vineyard on release and waiting almost 8 years to drink I was underwhelmed. BM Chardonnay is my favorite one out there, but seeing the liner development of this wine over the year makes me reconsider ageing it. I think moving forward I will consume when wanting rather than storing.
  
  Wine had the same flavour profile as the day it was released, with just slightly less acidity. Minerality, and that clean partially oak flavour BM is known for. Light body, good hang time on the tongue. Floral and light oak notes.
