  September 24, 2021 - Double-decanted. Black olives and brutally intense crème de cassis, liquorice and cold bacon fresh from the fridge. This was intense with lots of density in the first glass, but already felt a bit tired with initial notes of soy sauce. Unfortunately this deteriorated quickly and fell apart completely to an extent that we couldn't pour a second glass. Maybe I caught a weaker bottle as 2 years ago this was still very much alive and kicking. Judging from this bottle I will be popping my remaining bottles at the next best occasion.

  10/8/21, 11:53 PM - Yes I saw you thought there was easily 5-10yrs left in the bottle you had… fortunately I had an outstanding bottle a couple of years ago too… :) I got one more to go, from a different badge however.
