  October 8, 2021 - Pale garnet, brown rim. Dried red fruit - plum, prune, strawberry, rose petal, smoke, tar. Fully developed. High acidity, tannins a little grippy but very fine, med+ alcohol, med body, long finish. Unlikely to develop further but on a long plateau. Very good quality.
