  October 11, 2021 - Mellowed, mild, but deep. Aroma of currents, mild peppermint, gingerbread, watermelon, and some kind of dark fruit. Cannot put a name to the combination off smells except pinot noir. Not that I'm a fan of pinot, but I like this. Makes me want to try the Loring or Cordant.
