  October 8, 2021 - 60 years of Chateau Palmer (Torali): My first experience with Ultramarine. Beautiful wine, showing power and freshness, deep red fruits and a fine mousse, finishing long. This is absolutely delicious and needs food. Could compare with Champagne though it doesn't have the chalkiness.
