  October 12, 2021 - I was nervous on pnp as it tasted quite oxidized and tannic, but when in doubt...always give more time to breath. Sure enough, an hour later it was good to go and got better as the night went along. This is not a cocktail wine, but a great food wine that paired nicely to homecooked Italian dinner to celebrate a 1979 birth year.
