  October 17, 2021 - This wine had a yellow center and clear rims. The effervescence was light but quite persistent.
  
  This was a bit heavy with light acidity at first. Otherwise, the flavors and weight were lovely. After about an hour after being opened this wine grew in its acidity and stoney length. However, this bottle did not threaten elite levels.
  
  I imagine this will be better with time but I don't think it will ever be fantastic.
