  October 19, 2021 - Alc. 11.9%, TA 9.5g/L, RS 0.8%. PNP into ISO tasting glass ("Leaf" day): Pale lemon to the eyes.
  
  Sweet florals like elderflowers, honey notes. Citrus fruits like lemons, orchard fruits like green apples. Some stone fruits too but overall aromas are very fruit driven. Not as aromatic as the 'bubbles' cuvee.
  
  Medium to high acidity. Dry. Brighter and higher concentration on palate on flavors. Good bite.
