  October 2, 2021 - Opened about an hour prior to pouring. I really thought this would continue to improve after the last bottle in 2019. If anything it has gone a little bit backward.
  Fruit is still very present but the earthiness wasn’t there this time. Also I didn’t think it was quite as balanced.
  Don’t get me wrong this was still an excellent wine. Still rich and silky. But it didn’t move to the next level as I had hoped. We will see with next bottle.
