  October 24, 2021 - The 7th bottle from a case. Big nose of violets whilst decanting then blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco, graphite, leather, blueberry, raspberry and mocha are just some of the complex aromas and flavours. There is plenty of fruit but the tannins are quite dry and the wine needs a good steak. Classic left bank Bordeaux. Very long finish/aftertaste. Drink over the next 5 years or tuck away in a corner and wait for the tannins to fall out. Still very enjoyable.
