  October 24, 2021 - Three hour decant and the nose was promising: black currant, dark cherry, a hint of lead pencil and a little vegetal development. The wine wound up with almost no fruit. The mouthfeel was there but the flavour almost nonexistent. Same thing the next day after a double decant four hours ahead. Maybe in a late dumb phase in such a stellar vintage?
