  October 21, 2021 - This 10 yr old Chianti Classico was so tannic, it held all other flavor profiles in the background. A light bodied wine with a bitter after taste due to the tannins. On day two, I noticed brown edges but did not pick up any maderized taste but it was obviously on the downside of its' life.
