  October 26, 2021 - Initially, after viewing the dark, dark purple color and smelling the wonderful bouquet for the taste to come, you are hit with a dry, tannic taste that throws all berry flavors in the background. Day two, the wine presents itself the same. Disappointing. Then day three, it opens to great deep berry flavors with the same wonderful nose. Just allowing the wine to get it's air from an open bottle doesn't't work. I'll start using a broad base decanter to get air to the most wine.
