  October 30, 2021 - We opened the 2011 Jackass Hill And a 1983 Chateau Haut-Brion at Cuistot. The Jackass was the wine of the evening and paired perfectly with the Classic Cassoulet Toulousain rich with duck, lamb, and sausage.
