  November 6, 2021 - Quite interesting.
  
  Not overly fizzy and not overly expressive on the nose.
  
  Very expressive palate though. Ripe strawberry, touch of cream and brioche from obvious lees aging, but still retains a very lean profile overall with a little pepper, crisp acidity and a long lingering finish.
