  November 5, 2021 - At 15 years, still singing. Made in the Amarone style, from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Montepulciano, dried for 2 months, 15.5% alcohol. Dark garnet red colour; dense with black plum, blackberries, fruitcake, vanilla; big alcohol but well balanced, pine bark, wood shavings on the finish. Superb wine. Hardly changed since i tasted it 3 years ago (but possibly more sediment).
