  November 6, 2021 - This is the longest time that I have managed to hold on to one of these utterly drinkable skin-contact Pinot Gris. The short time aging has softened the gentle tannin a little more and accentuates the creaminess, which shines a brighter spotlight on the mild red fruit. Red apple blends into strawberry. Excellent.
