  October 18, 2021 - Tasted by the glass as a wine pairing to the menu at Kloster Eberbach’s restaurant “Klosterschänke”:
  Quite a light colour, smells of dried quince and kind of salty, light body, has a little oily core, in the mouth apricot and quince, has a nice, medium acidity, not overly sweet for a Spätlese, in the aftertaste quince and apricot, good length (15 sec), good young Spätlese.
