  October 18, 2021 - Tasted by the glass at Kloster Eberbach’s restaurant “Klosterschänke”:
  Pale yellow colour, smells of quince and mirabelle, medium body, dry, but not in a harsh way, medium acidity, in the mouth quince and mirabelle, in the aftertaste quince and mirabelle, good length (15 sec), good, but still too young.
