November 8, 2021 - Pale ruby, youthful appearance. Red fruits - cherry, raspberry, rose petal, chocolate, tar, tea. Developing. Dry, fine grippy medium+ tannins, med+ alcohol and body, long finish, slightly drying. Palate similar to the nose. Outstanding quality - everything in balance, intensity of flavours and aromas, classic, elegant Barberesco. Still very early in its development, lacking notable tertiary development as yet. Highly recommended as other notes suggest. Really looking forward to seeing how this develops over the coming years.
