  November 5, 2021 - Dark red with a touch of purple. Nice black and red berries, floral notes, and spice. High acidity and tannins, but just medium weight. By itself, it needs a lot of time, maybe will be nice without food. Not sure.
  
  But with the right food, it's perfect now. This was served with morcilla (blood sausage) and Argentine chorizo and sauteed chiles in chimichurri (Choripan). The best pairing of the night. Fabulous. If I could get this version of morcilla, I would buy this wine just to serve with it. It was that good.
