  November 10, 2021 - PnP on the first night, after 5 days I thought it would be gone, but is was actually better than on the first night. On the nose sour cherry, cranberry, chocolate, coffee, almost a bit burned rubber, raisins, blackberry black currant and a touch of woord. Brisk tannins, softer on day 5. Medium+ acidity and long finish with a bitter note
