  November 7, 2021 - I struggled with this wine. Right out of the bottle the cherry came through, but also unpleasant acids and tannins. After preserving the wine, the 2nd day brought promise fruit still there and acids and tannins complemented nicely. Within 10 minutes, the wine became fruit and nothing else.
