  February 5, 2009 - VDP Rheingau Riesling Review 2009 (German House, London, U.K.): Compared to their standard Riesling trocken, I found some similar components in the 1G, but looked at through a magnifying glass. Nice smooth light-citrussy entry that is offset a little bit by gooseberry-sweetness, then started pumping and pumping until my palate was completely surrounded - to me this one tastes like a loaded gun...in a good way
