  November 13, 2021 - Bottle poured to a burnt orange color in glass. Wine was definitely over its peak. Looking back at my last bottle note, this wine wasn’t the pride of Stephen Ross. Decanted for an hour (probably could have popped and poured). Little flavor or complexity that is standard for Ross.
