  Prime to drink
  A bit heavy and thick- alcohol is a bit overpowering but it is popped and poured
  Figs and dark fruits - mulled berries - should be excellent with steak and finishing dinner with chocolate almost a pine or tar complementary flavors as well
  ITG - it has good color
