November 12, 2021 - Eðalklúbbur, haustsmakk #2 2021 (Hlíðarás 10): Frekar ljós litur. Í nefinu mátti finna: Fjós, þroskaðan ost, vanillu og jarðarber. Á tungunni voru: Ávextir í bragði. Vanilla og smá fjós. Frekar létt vín með talsverðri sýru. Í eftirbragði var bruni og banani ásamt einhvers konar málmbragði. Það var rætt um það að þetta ætti örugglega vel með lambi. Fínt vín.

12/3/21, 9:29 AM - In fact room temperature in Iceland is not that low. I think 22-23°C is the norm even in December when we've got less than 5 hours of dayligt; geothermal heating. I use the fridge to get the wines to optimal temperature. One hour usually does the trick.

I read your note on this. Of course you use the fridge in Singapore to get to the right temp. 12-14 seems a bit low (at least for my palate) for this wine.
