  November 20, 2021 - Agree with previous review that this wine was not the most approachable initially, but after 3-4 hrs mellowed nicely. There's that muddy, chocolatey flavor that seems to permeate these syrah/bordeaux blends. Might improve with time. I always wonder how the merlot half will age, compared to the syrah.
