  November 21, 2021 - Mid ruby color
  Mid strength on nose, young wine
  Blueberry, black cherry, black strawberry, red current,
  Cigarette before burnt (very characteristic), lavendar, steel
  
  Dry, high acidity, mid body, mid tannin, mid alc, mid complexity, mid finish
  
  Drinkable now, not recommend to be aged more.
  It feels very restrained method of wine-making, such as maceration prefermentaire a froid. Lower tannin, candy-like on nose shows this kind of way to me.
