November 23, 2021 - Day 1 seemed flat and lacking fruit. Day 2 not much improvement. Day 3 with spicy green chile verde chicken it was ok and some fruit was detectable. This is not my first time being disappointed by a Washington State Syrah that came across flat and lacked body. Perhaps I’m not understanding the style?
