  November 25, 2021 - A little effervescent on first pour.
  Intensely perfumed with aromas of lemon-lime soda, petrol, white lilac, wet gravel. The palate confirms and though dry, is sweetly fruited. The citrus element on the palate is more sweetened white grapefruit rather than lemon or lime. Racy, tooth-squeaking acidity and a long finish.
