November 27, 2021 - Raised cork that predictably resulted in oxidation. Was still excellent but the acidity was gone and it had evolved into a sort of low alcohol liquer state. Lots of sugar, syrupy, and some cork that gradually disappeared. I have a 2005 Prum with the same raised cork issue...
