  November 27, 2021 - This was a fine companion to our Thanksgiving Day meal including the turkey. Lots of fruit and modest complexity. Decanted for at least 2 hours prior to drinking. It lasted well into Saturday in good shape. The cab. franc will fool no one that it's French!
