  February 14, 2009 - Opened 2 hours before dinner. Beautiful color, very dark. Faint nose, pencil shavings, not very complex. Smooth middle, modern style, moderate tannins not much fruit. Finish 15 sec. Could stand another 2 years in the cellar, but I doubt it will be much better, it doesnt have the body for it. Did go well with loin lamb chops.
