  November 28, 2021 - From a south facing vineyard outside of Chablis near Chitry. Medium weight, balanced. Cherry, stewed strawberry on nose. Warmth to the cherry, berry fruit on the palate. Very good Bourgogne level - better than most Bourgogne and maybe as good or better than some Côte d'Or village wines. Drinking well now however probably at its plateau. From Pnp but needed about 30 minutes to harmonize. Not very complex (but enough) -enjoyable. A very pleasant surprise from a $24 recent auction purchase.
