  December 1, 2021 - Salmon colored fading to a clear rim. Faint blood orange, white flowers, lemon balm, and saline on the nose. The palate continues the low-key citrus, and salinity with good acidity and a medium-length aftertaste. Not a spectacular rose - the flavors started muted and opened up only a bit over an hour. Best with food.
