  December 1, 2021 - One of the few GCs that I have yet to taste and finally thru an incredibly generous friend that I had this encounter. When PnP everything seems a little closed as it needed a bit of time to settle down then the violets and the red flowers came rushing at you…but palate warranted further patience.
  
  An hour in, almost garden like, the flowers and grass all dancing in harmony whilst the taste was dense a DJP style yet comfortable with a mixed blend of dark fruits. Finish was long and very long.
  
  The tertiary characters came out towards the end with sous bois and some leafy notes and a bit of tea. (Pu erh)
  
  It was a sumptuous encounter!
