  December 1, 2021 - Really really solid!!! First day, 2+ hrs opening time, was delicious with tri-tip, 2nd night, the wine showed better than the tri-tip(which was very very good). Length (on the wine) is a bit shortish to get higher scores.. but scores smores, this is really good and still has long life ahead. I need to go start a fire.....
