  February 15, 2009 - This is a great value bordeaux that is maturing very well. Still a few years ahead of it - this is deep coloured, nose of damp earth, spices, nice fruit. In the mouth excellent balance of medium bodied fruit, elegant, fine tannins wiith a dusting of bitter chocolate. This really is an excellent wine for the price. Had the 1996 last week and that was fully resolved - this still has probably 3-5 years left in it. Overall excellent.
