  December 5, 2021 - A bit tight straight out of the bottle, but quickly opens up with air. Violet, syrine, red cherries, morel, some blackberry, cumin and hint of smoke. Tart red cherries and redcurrant floats over in darker cherries, liquorice and some mild herbs on the palate. Fresh acidity, medium body, and a long, balanced finish - ending on fresh red berry fruit and a hint of stone bitterness.
