December 8, 2021 - I initially thought this a lesser wine, but with time it seems to have fleshed out with all the precise and pure extracted white burgundy palate message that sets white burgundy apart from the rest of the world . In my view, champagne and white burgundy are the only wines that search as you might, you can't really replace. Dancer's wines are now really way up there price wise. And he isn't carrying the not inexpensive cost of new wood to ferment and new wood to age. I wonder when other producers are going to get the message.
