  December 10, 2021 - There is a mid palate bitterness which distracts from the wine. Settles down with time, but does not resolve. Drinkable but poured the remainder down the drain.
  
  1/21/23: Opened another bottle and completely different wine. Must be bottle variability. This bottle is awesome with superb balance, earthy notes.
