  December 13, 2021 - Friends over for dinner and wine (Strasbourg, France): A go to vintage bubbly, if only because I find it easily here in Strasbourg, and I have been enjoying it over the past year. For our cozy get together, quite popular: green and red apple aromatics, along with touches of lemon and some brioche notes, delivered in a fine bead, with rather crisp yet creamy texture leading to a medium and relaxing finish. Not very profound, but certainly very enjoyable for, say, oysters and shrimp - or to serve as guests arrive.
