  December 15, 2021 - Chilled, popped and poured. Cloudy in the glass but a lovely dense, deep, chalky, citrus nose. Intriguing mouthfeel and textures on the palate with a mix of citrus fruit, hazelnut and an almost limoncello-like consistency. Despite the cloudiness there is absolutely nothing natty about this. Super unusual and much more complex and exciting than your average Picpoul.
