  December 23, 2021 - spectacular example of the brunello, had with beef tenderloin. It is earthy for sure, so must pair correctly, but beautiful expression notes, deep complex flavors.
  
  The wine looks brick colored. The legs are slow. It smells like mineral and stoniness. It tastes like flint and forest floor. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
