  December 24, 2021 - Fresh lifted white flowers nose kissed by oak, honeyed saline palate with notes of hazelnut, butterscotch, buttery brioche and long long finish- 45 secs plus.
  As it opens more the palate shows an even more saline mineral character and oyster shells through to that long finish. Obviously very young- this is set for greatness with additional bottle aging.
