    November 23, 2021 - Notes from memory but another perfect example. Youthful, lush, bright, clean, spicy. Detailed and nuanced but endowed and powerful. Perfumed. Elegant and delicate at the edges notwithstanding the intense red and black cherry fruit. A spectacular wine, but couldn't concentrate on notes...

    12/24/21, 2:07 PM - Thanks Seth. To the extent you have any bottles remaining you must be pretty high equity! Yes, this is glorious wine, and I think Beaumonts as a site is pretty special as well, Rouget used to do an outstanding job there too. Very interesting to see Leroy's interpretation. I would say it totally works. These 1991's are sort of age-defying as well.
