  December 24, 2021 - i see it has been nearly 2 years since I last consumed this wine. took it to the big steak house and paired it with porterhouse and the usual sides. the wine was a perfect complement to the meal. the tannins have relaxed leaving a velvety smoothness which I love in cabernet. i am happy i exercised the discipline to lay this down as it is just what I hoped it would be. sorry to see I only have 3 bottles left, but it is at its prime so will drink it up in next couple of months.
