  December 24, 2021 - Vanilla toastiness on the nose, especially noticeable at first. Juicy, a little ripe for my taste, decent acidity on the finish but it’s not what I normally hope for from Puligny-Montrachet. I will wait a couple years before I drink my other bottle, there may still be room for development.
