  November 20, 2021 - D+0h: quite a lot of deposit in the filter and the bottle, smells of currant D+11h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of eucalyptus, currant and liquorice, medium body, smooth in the mouth, not that sweet for a port wine, not hot/spirituous, in the mouth currant and dark chocolate, in the aftertaste currant, dark chocolate and a little bit of acidity, good length (30 sec), really good port (to be fair I like my port to taste of dark chocolate).
